Lemon Rice with sauted shrimps & coriander leaves

Ini dia, another nasi favorit kalau lagi buntu masak.
Kalau doi, masaknya ditambahkan urat dhal, kalau gue malessss.

Salt & pepper
Oil

Panaskan wajan, masukan minyak & panaskan. Setelah itu, masukan mustard seeds sampai meletup-letup, kemudian masukan bayleaf, garlic, onion dan kulit jeruk lemon.Aduk-aduk sampai onion layu.
Masukan nasi, salt & pepper, perasan air jeruk lemon, dan daun cilantro.
Aduk rata.

Sajikan hangat.

Lime juice
Salt & Pepper
4 tbsp oil to fry

Put oil, saute ginger and garlic. Add shrimps, fry it till medium cooked then put onion. MIx it till onion soft, and add carrot, salt, pepper and turmeric powder.
Put cover on the pan and low flame. Let it stand for about 3 minutes.
Put water, cover it again. The last, put capsicum but cooked not too long. And stir the corn flour. Add cilantro leaves. Off the flame, and after 2 minutes put lime juice.
