I am very sure that everybody prefer buy the ready one to crazyly preparing by themself. Well people,just skip this section if wonton skins easyly find in your place,as I also gonna do if I could find the good one someday.
But consider helping desperate people like me( perhaps theres also ppl outside who doesnt know where to buy wonton skins,or doubt about the quality like me and wonton siumay image everywhere so u cant handle it and prepare to do little hardwork) so this is the recipe.
WONTON SKINS RECIPE
3/4 CUP FLOUR
1/4 CUP WATER( PLS USE IT WISELY DONT POUR DIRECTLY AS I FORGOT WHETHER I FINISHED THIS WATER OR NO )
ADDITIONAL FLOUR FOR WORKING TABLE
JUST MIX THEM ALL, MAKE A DOUGH TILL DOUGH IS READY(NOT STICKY TO YOUR HAND)
MAKE A BALL AND ROLL IT...ROLLL ROOLLLLL TILL U FIND THE PERFECT THIN THICKNESS.
AND CUT SQUARE OR ROUND ANY SHAPE U WANT,SIZE SHOULD ENOUGH FOR WONTON/SIUMAY..DONT MAKE THEM TO WIDE.REMEMBER U R MAKING SIUMAY,AND WONTON NOT PARATHA BREAD!!!
IF YOUR SPACE SO SMALL LIKE MINE,
JUST CUT IN RECTANGLE FIRST, AND MAKE IT THINNER ONE BY ONE, AND CUT!!!
